Select File->Open and go inside the folder where your game is stored (default is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\ common\RoadRedemption), get inside RoadRedemption_Data and select globalgamemanagers. After having downloaded those two files, open UABE, and execute AssetBundleExtractor.exe.
